Your message is delivered to us by a mail relay service operated on our behalf, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Plausible is a privacy-first, open-source analytics platform: it does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The data we receive is fully aggregated, and it is processed on self-hosted infrastructure that remains within Canada.

## Cookies

We do not use cookies on this website for tracking or advertising purposes. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies.

## Third-Party Services

- **Google Maps:** our services page embeds a map of our Ottawa service area. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process technical data (such as your IP address). The map is loaded lazily, only when you scroll to it.
- **Instagram:** our home page displays recent photos from our Instagram account. These images are served from our own website; following a link to Instagram is subject to Instagram's own privacy policy.

## Data Location and Security

Our website is hosted in Canada and served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not intentionally transfer or process personal information outside of Canada through our website. Access to inquiry emails is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

## Retention

We keep contact form inquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting project, after which they are deleted from our records.
