Keele St: Demolition, Drywall and Taping

Fortwall Contracting was tasked with renovating an existing basement rental unit. The scope of work included selective demolition to remove outdated features, followed by the installation of new drywall and precise taping. To enhance the unit's acoustics and privacy, we installed soundproofing panels behind the drywall. This upgrade provides a quieter living space, making the unit more appealing to potential tenants.
